Real estate properties and investments form a very significant part of every country’s economy regardless of where a country may be located. Property investment actually deals with the problem of congestion and housing in almost every city in the world. For this area to fully develop, a lot is required in terms of market research and creating awareness to consumers of the service available. This has revolutionized the nature of advertising, hence leading to real estate mobile marketing.

One of the easiest ways to handle any transaction in the current world is by the use of a mobile phone. Advertising services through cell phones have gained prominence because almost all individuals above 18 years of age have a phone. The use of this device for advertising can help business sales make a huge turn-around.

<script type="text/javascript"

A property investor just needs to find an expert in market analysis of properties. These experts could be single individuals or advertising and property firms. Often these individuals will locate a representative through their real estate listings. The investor will then provide all the details concerning the property such as the location, the description, what it can be used for, as well as the cost and the terms and conditions involved in the acquisition of such an investment.

These experts then design advertisements in a manner that is appealing and attractive. The categories of these adverts may include those phones that support pictures, videos and those that don’t support such marketing. The message is as brief as possible, but straight to the point. It provides the reader with a great deal of information that is helpful.

Due to the growth of this sector, there are now several companies fully dedicated to providing these services. With the competition for customers, they now offer services at relatively affordable prices. The result in the long run is a great deal that can help your sales and profit.

The issue of real estate mobile marketing is very simple. The investor just needs to get the identification numbers of the properties that are being sold. It is this number that is made available in search listings. Search listings of this sort are available on websites offered by Realtors such as Littleton, Colorado real estate listings When they need more information about that particular kind of property, then they will get it instantly via phone text messages. The text message content can be changed as frequently as needed. Signs may then be placed with the identity numbers of the listed property as feedback is awaited.

When a buyer wishes to purchase an investment of your choice, they will view a sign at the property and the mobile number of the assigned agent attached to the said property put on the market. In case they want more information on this kind of investment, they will call the agent using the displayed number. These advertising agents are usually available 24/7. The whole problem of marketing as information is now solved in an efficient way.

Real estate mobile marketing is actually one of the advertising features that have changed the whole marketing approach in this profusely growing industry. The property market has seen the sales of properties multiply over a few years. This is actually why all investors need to give it a try and see if they can benefit from the opportunities available.

Bing has undergone several makeovers in the past couple years. From MSN Search, to Live, and now to Bing, Microsoft’s search engine has consistently morphed and changed to compete in the top portal search market. That effort has finally paid off. According to search engine ratings by the Nielsen Company, Bing hopped into the #2 search engine position taking in 13.9% of the search market in August of 2010.

Bing leap-frogged Yahoo, who has been in a steady search decline for a number of years now. In fact, Yahoo inked a deal with Microsoft for Bing to power their future search results. So while Microsoft can certainly be happy with their new position of prominence, the result is not that surprising to industry insiders who have been watching the two companies form their alliance over the past year.

By the numbers, while Bing may be #2 in search, they still trail Google in a big way at a distant second. With their 65.1% share of the search market, Google doesn’t look like they need to sweat the competition anytime soon. Especially in the wake of recent events, with the launch of Google Instant, Google seems to be poised to dominate the search market more authoritatively than ever before.

Once again, Google has made a big change to search, and once again many professional SEOs and Internet marketers are crying that the sky is falling on their industries. While my familiarity with Google Instant is somewhat cursory (I’ve only been able to play with it a little bit), there are a few particulars that stick out to me in regard to its implementation and the impact it will have on SEO.

Firstly, Google Instant is a new incarnation of Google search that gives on-the-fly suggestive search results based on direct user input as they are typing out their search query. Google is promoting the virtues of Instant by touting its timesaving capabilities. While saving time and making searches faster is certainly an improvement worth praising, I believe that Google Instant is really a response to a different problem.

Google has always struggled to deliver ideal results for novel unique keyword searches. By their own estimate, 20% of all keyword searches fall into the unique keyword search category. That is one-fifth of Google’s users that may not get the most relevant result, and therefore, walk away unhappy.

More than any other issue, I think that is the problem Google Instant was developed to help solve. Notice how Google Instant attempts to auto-complete a query for the user while also generating instant results. This activity is essentially funneling Google users into indexed keyword paradigms for which Google is confident they have already established a high standard of relevance. If this methodology can shave that 20% of unhappy searches down to 5-10%, then Google has overcome a major hurdle to user search satisfaction.

Now if we apply the above to the impact on SEO, you can see how professional search engine optimization will still be key to optimum website performance in the Google indexes. Matt Cutts has already made a video addressing the concerns of the website community and giving his take on why SEO will still play an essential role in future Google Search.

However, I think SEO can go even further than Matt’s suggestions for simply establishing and maintaining structural site integrity. Since Google appears to be settling on a more rigid index range, (per the auto-complete results that appear each time you begin typing a Google query), SEO practitioners can be key roleplayers in identifying keyword opportunities and structures. Bringing this knowledge to bear on the architecture of the website and providing the necessary support through a sustained SEO campaign will be more vital than ever in the future of search marketing.

Doing real estate for 25 years has seen a few curves along the road. Most notably, is our recent decision to create a website focused on video blogs. Decidedly NOT normal real estate. Ask me if I know what I’m doing and I’ll be the first to say, “I have no idea”. But truth be told I’m doing it “violently”. Our website premise has been pretty simple.

I don’t need a website for my friends. They get my mailings or my phone calls. I don’t need a website for my local newspaper advertising. They call me off the ad.

So why do I need a website? I need a website for those Connecticut, Massachusetts or New York people who are browsing the internet, who think they want Vermont real estate, but I need them to find ME (along with the Woodstock VT real estate they are after). Sure, I’ll give them what everyone else does…good search capabilities in a web site… but I also want them to get to know us through video. Maybe they will like us well enough to give us a call.

You know what? It’s working.

For instance…and this will sound pretty funny….we did a video blog on snow plowing in Vermont while my business partner got hit by a 500lb snow ball. The down country buyer we were after wants to have a flavor for the Woodstock Vermont area we live in so why not show him how the roads are cleared in a VT snow storm?

Frankly you can do this on most any subject you want to talk about. I recalled an old story on Vermont water testing from 25 years ago and just sat on a snow bank and started talking. I’m not terribly gifted, I’m not a great actor, but I’m competent and genuine and when people get to know me they are usually OK with the results. I just want my website to give me the opportunity to get that phone call, saying it in video is far better than words. Something about “a picture is worth a thous…….” you get the idea.

In today’s society, our lives revolve greatly around the internet, so any business that wants to survive, functions online as well. Many people are turning to the internet to buy and sell homes. The reasons for this vary, but often include avoiding agent commissions, increase options, and convenience.

One common way buyer and sellers meet online is through online classified ads. There is an endless amount of websites where people can search for homes.

Another option to buy and sell homes would be through an online auction. If you decide you need professional assistance, there is a real estate directory online where you could search for agents.

There are five key reasons why text message marketing for real estate is beneficial.

1. It is a 24/7 marketing tool. Once you set up the system it markets for you automatically, even while you sleep.

2. It is easy. You simply complete a few fill in the blank sections on the website and the system runs by itself

3. It provides great information. You can only include 160 characters in an SMS text message, but if you can insert a short URL into the message the user can click the link in a smart phone and open up the full MLS listing. You will never have to touch a flyer box again!

4. It is inexpensive. Compared to the cost of printing, reprinting and stocking flyers, text message flyers are very inexpensive.

5. It builds your database. When someone takes a paper flyer (or two, or three) from the box, you have no clue who they were. You could go through hundreds of flyers and never have any idea of who was looking at your property. With digital text message flyers for real estate you capture the cell phone number of the person requesting the information, and if the system has a mini-CRM built into it, you can send automated, triggered responses directly back to the prospective buyer.

Just as the Internet changed the way real estate transactions occur, text message and mobile marketing is going to change the landscape again. Even if you aren’t a big proponent of texting, your prospective buyers are, so you need to change with the ever changing technological environment.

Besides trying various tactics and methods you know about generating leads, a real estate lead generation service from another provider is another source worth considering. We discuss below some advantages in getting leads generated from a service provider.

As you can choose from which products or areas your leads are coming from, you can be assured that your leads are targeted and that all the information you are providing is right for your market and service.

If you are new or just getting started in the wholesale real estate business, you probably want to get down to nitty gritty. I respect that so lets get started.

If you don’t already know, Craigslist is one of the most visited websites online today. It gets billions of hits and it is one of the top searched sites for every major city in the US. Not only is this site free, it’s great to boost web traffic and get in front of a targeted audience.

As a wholesaler, Craigslist should be on top of your must do list everyday. Although it may seem as easy as placing an ad on the site and calling it a day, its not as easy. As any marketing campaign you implement, there should be a schedule and an order of doing things. Here are my tips that will help you when posting Craigslist ads for your real estate wholesale deals.

Repetition – Make sure you put up 20 ads or so a week. Craigslist lists the ads based on the date they were posted so the later the day goes, the farther down on the page your ad will show. Make sure you post ads in the morning and in the afternoon. Friday and Saturdays are the best for some odd reason.

Headline – Your headline is high end real estate. When an investor or potential buyer goes onto Craigslist and looks up property in the real estate tab, they might use keywords in the search bar to narrow down the number of ads. By placing the words wholesale and investment on the headline, you will draw more attention from the search tools.

Un-Spam it Yourself – Never have a link back to your email, or an anonymous link. Just put a phone number along with a link to your website. When posting ads for wholesale real estate I get a lot of lame marketing attempts of no-name websites trying to get me to post my deal on their site. By limiting the ways people get a hold of you, you control the flow and filter the spammers.

SEO – Put your websites name inside the city box next to the headline. If someone does a search for wholesale deals in their city and up comes 30 different ads, yet 10 of those say your website, you will get people going to the site just to check it out. Its very important that you make yourself stand out, even this little bit helps go a long way.

Picture This – Having a picture whose root file name is cash buyers or wholesale deals, will help you in many ways. First of all, nobody wants to see an ad for a wholesale deal with out a picture. Its one less thing they can filter out. Also if you name your picture wholesale deals or cash buyers, when someone Google’s images for wholesale deals or cash buyers in your city, your image will come up in the top search.

There you have it. Those were five basic tips and things to know when posting wholesale deals on Craigslist. I know about other sites like Backpage and Kijiji, but who cares for now. Start with the sites that matter and work our way over when you begin branding yourself more.

I’ve been building custom real estate websites for many years now, and my clients know that I focus heavily on search engine performance. A lot of my job involves educating clients on the role that graphic design does – or does not – play in the overall success of their site. A wonderful graphic design is great once you have visitors to look at, but the most beautiful site in the world doesn’t produce leads if no one finds it.

More times than I can count, I’ve had to tell an unhappy real estate agent that the website company they just hired for thousands of dollars to do a beautiful real estate website produced a site that was virtually invisible to the search engines. I’ve seen tens of thousands of dollars wasted on bad sites that could never rank well on the search engines.

That’s because many graphic designers are not necessarily trained in search engine optimization, sales, and marketing. That said, everyone likes a nice looking site, and the pride of ownership factor should keep us all striving to produce visually compelling websites and blogs.

For the novice real estate agent/blogger, there is no easier way to spice of a real estate site than with some well-placed real state stock photos. To that end, I encourage all of my Real Estate Marketing Tips newsletter subscribers to invest in a small library of real estate stock photography.

In fact, it might surprise some to find out that studies have shown that relevant stock photography can improve the conversion rate of a site. As an author, you can hold the attention of your readership longer with some graphics to break up the text.

As a writer, I prefer more text than rather than less, but that’s not the norm. The right amount of graphics can dramatically increase the professionalism of your site and conversion rate.

You should experiment with what works in your market for your site. You may find that stock photos of homes get better response, or you may find that stock photos of smiling happy couples standing in front of their house work better. There is no single rule. That’s why it’s best to have a variety of stock photos to choose from.

The way I personally manage my stock photo collection is I subscribe to a monthly service that allows me to download 750 photos per month. I subscribe for one month at a time when I want to expand my collection, then I have them on hand for future website, blog posts, flyers, and other marketing materials.

For someone who has grown up in this era of technology, it is difficult to imagine how the world actually used to function without fast internet connections or software solutions that make our day to day job so easy. It’s interesting to know how people managed to carry out these tasks without having the wonders like internet or even computer machines at their service. The Internet has facilitated people from all walks of life, but its advantages to real estate buyers and sellers have been massive. Buying or selling your property is so easy that you can do it without getting the help of any real estate broker. That was not possible some years ago.

Before Multiple Listing Services like Long Island real estate listings came into being, real estate brokers did not even collaborate with each other. Each agent was restricted to his own properties, which means buyers or sellers were compelled to employ many agents to find the property they were looking for.

After some time, different brokers started to collaborate with each other; the collaboration was limited to brokers only, who shared their listings (and commissions) with other brokers. It was still beneficial to property buyers or sellers who do not have to hire many brokers now. They just went to their broker and would pay a small fee in order to get their property listed on a multiple listing service (MLS). These listings were in printed form and limited to a small locality.

Post-Internet Era:

Numerous property portals have cropped up since the advent of internet. These property portals cover entire cities, entire states like Hawaii real estate listings, or even countries. And unlike the typical multiple listing services, these websites are not receptive to real estate brokers only. A big majority of these websites are open to all including brokers, agents, buyers, sellers, tenants, developers and other interested parties.

In the start, they were limited to just property details and prices but the more advanced ones are now listing the address, images, map, area, bedrooms, floors, pools or garages details. What’s more, some of these property listing services now allow the users to upload videos with their properties, which means that the sellers can have a virtual tour without even going to the property themselves. Such extensive property data means that buyers or sellers are no more bound to take agents into service, just to get their homes on listing services, though there are many other reasons to hire an agent.
