Each month I will be posting a Real Estate Website of the Month. Throughout a month’s time I see a lot of real estate websites. Many of these websites are exceptional and provide excellent examples of the key elements and strategies websites need to succeed.
The first selection for Website of the Month recently received recognition by 1000 Watt Consulting for being the Best Brokerage Website in America. The website of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is a tour de force of elegance and power. Covering Scottsdale and Arizona Real Estate, the website features a look and feel that uniquely captures the less is more professionalism of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
But that isn’t all. Behind the elegant design is a juggernaut IDX that features an Arizona real estate search covering the major Multiple Listing Services in the state.
